The knives are a high-carbon stainless steel with Santoprene handles that give these knives a great and comfortable weight with a comfortable grip. These are hand wash only, so bear that in mind when thinking about this set. This is probably the most stylish set that I have in this list. Definitely worth considering, despite the small number of knives.

I’m not going to lie, I’m a sucker for hollow knives. They are lightweight and pretty sexy.
The set comes with a block, and there are a variety of steak knives included. The Knives are made of high-carbon stainless steel which allows for great precision and accuracy in your cutting.
No more smashed fruit for you! Handles are designed with you in mind to keep your hand from cramping or getting exhausted when you’re preparing those big holiday meals for everyone you know.
There’s a huge number of knives in this set, from a paring knife to a large 8” slicing knife. This is a great choice if you’re looking for a display set and something you could leave out for guests.
I’d be impressed if I picked up one of those hollow steak knives at your dinner party.

They have contoured handles that are triple-riveted to the blade and made out of comfortable polypropylene. This is the classic set that has a variety of knives and a hand sharpener.
Of the rest of the choices on this list, this set provides the best bang for your buck.
A classic knife set that would make a great gift for someone just starting to build up their kitchen tools.

These guys do best being hand-washed, so bear that in mind when making a choice. The style of this set will probably make up for the extra work.

This is a straightforward 10 knife set. The set comes set in a wooden block, and they are made of “precision stamped, high-carbon stainless steel” according to the manufacturer.

This set can be washed in the dishwasher, but do better if you take the time to wash them by hand. The brand is a well-respected brand and has been established for well over 200 years.
The knives are crafted in Germany. This is a great mid-range choice for your kitchen.
If you aren’t looking for 10 extra steak knives, but need a little more than the 6 that some provide, this is your best bet in this list.
