You could also use other veggies, like celery, to liven up your water. Celery water is made with celery stalks, a pinch of salt, lemon juice, and your sweetener of choice. Add the ingredients to a mason jar (which is great for juicing, smoothies, and flavored water) and allow to sit overnight in the fridge.
Replace your child’s sugary sodas with a healthy alternative! Try adding a few slices of strawberry or apple to the water. This adds another dimension of nutritional value to the water, and makes it nice and sweet. You could add any number of fruits: mango, kiwi, pineapple, cherries, or watermelon.

Adding a variety of herbs to your cool glass of water will add extra flavors and vitamins to your water. A few sprigs of rose hips or mint add vitamin C, which can help with arthritis. Sliced ginger will adds a nice spicy flavor.
Make a large jug of water with lemon, ginger, and mint and keep it in the refrigerator. You’ll be eager to have a glass each time you open the door. These ingredients are also belly-fat reducing, which is definitely a great thing!

Drinking tea is a good way to keep hydrated, and tea comes in a litany of different flavors to keep it interesting. Eat foods with a high water content
Another great way to get more water into your diet is by eating foods with a high water content. Fruit contains 80% to 90% water. It’s tasty, and you’ll also be getting important nutrients from it, like potassium, fiber, folate, vitamin A and vitamin C. Vegetables like tomatoes, celery, onions, lettuce, cucumbers, and other water-rich greens are great as well.
